1, INTRODUCTION:
Bucket adaptors & bucket sockets & ripper shanks should be zero break rate which are different as bucket tooth and it should be easily weld on to the buckets,otherwise it will cause hard repair work. so HANTUI reduce the brittle elements from bucket tooth material.
In order to increase life time, HANRUI suggest clients welding the wear block on mining adaptors.

Process: resin sand casting, investment casting, surface carburization, carburization heat treatment, tungsten coat welding.
Material: Si-Mn-Cr-Mo-Ni-Cu alloy steel
Hardness: HRC 36-42
